Nicola Clarke joined the John Frieda House of Experts in July 2007, and since, her role as Creative Colour Director means she has been actively involved in product development and trial, in particular for the Colour Care ranges: Sheer Blonde, Brilliant Brunette, Radiant Red and Precision Foam Colour.

Nicola Clarke has been colouring hair since 1987 and is one of the most influential and sought-after colourists on both sides of the Atlantic, where her talents lie in enhancing natural hair colour for beautiful, lustrous results.

Widely acclaimed for her flair and creativity, Nicola has established herself as the favoured colourist of leading Beauty Directors from elite publications such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle and Glamour to name a few, putting her name to countless front covers. She is also the top choice for a number of the world’s most renowned photographers, not only for editorial work, but also for multi-million pound advertising campaigns, from the Versace campaign with Kate Moss to the Louis Vuitton campaign with Michelle Williams.

Nicola regularly works with today’s most high profile style icons, including: Kate Winslet, Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow, Cate Blanchett, Scarlett Johansson, Leonardo DiCaprio, Jake Gyllenhaal, Colin Farrell and Jude Law. Nicola has also been instrumental in creating some of Kate Moss’ ever-changing iconic looks, transforming her from blonde to brunette and back to blonde again.
