• 1) To begin transforming hair from flat and fine to thick, full, and luxurious, start with Luxurious Volume Thickening Shampoo and Conditioner.
• 2) Next, apply Luxurious Volume Thickening Mousse to WET hair. Distribute evenly throughout hair. Use more or less depending on your hair length and thickness.
• 3) Once the mousse has been worked into hair, blow dry using hands, lifting at the roots.
